Mediha Medy Salkicevic is a joint citizen of Bosnia and the United States who American inteligenc officials alleged had supported terrorism, on February 6, 2015.[1][2][3][4] Law enforcement official then charged Salkicevic and five other Bosnian-Americans who were described as conspiring to fund terrorism.[5][6] American intelligence officials described Salkicevic, Jasminka Ramic and Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, Sedina Unkic Hodzic, Armin Harcevic, and Nihad Rosic as being followers of Abdullah Ramo Pazara, another Bosnian-American, who travelled to Syria and volunteered to fight on behalf of Daesh, otherwise known as ISIS.

Salkicevic bore four children.

According to intelligence officials spouses Ramiz Zijad Hodzic and Sedina Unkic Hodzic forwarded funds sent by the other four alleged conspirators to Pazara.[4] Salkicevic is alleged to have been the first alleged conspirator to count on a Hodzic spouse to forward funds.

The alleged conspirators were not only accused of sending funds.[3] American intelligence officials claimed they had intercepted communications about images Ramiz Zijad Hodzic sent Salkicevic, of sniper scopes he was shipping to Pazara.

One of Salkicevic's alleged co-conspirators, Jasminka Ramic, acknowledged transferring $700 in 2013, that she knew would be financing Pazara's combat activities, and she pled guilty. Salkicevic andthe other four alleged conspirators pled not guilty, and in April 2017 they filed a motion calling for their charges to be dropped, claiming Pazara was a lawful combatant.[7] They claimed that he fought against the Bashir al-Assad regime with militia forces suported by the United States.
