GhanaTalksRadio
GhanaTalksRadio is a web-based Radio broadcasting run by GhanaTalksRadio LTD, a corporation with offices in the United Kingdom and Ghana.[1] The radio station has studios in Ghana's Greater Accra Region - Anyaa and the United Kingdom's East London. Apart from having a massive fan following for its radio shows, GhanaTalksRadio is also known for its podcasts - Discussion Isle and The Rush.[2]
GhanaTalksRadio is regarded as one of the most prominent radio platforms for amplifying the voices of the youth of Ghana. GhanaTalksRadio broadcasts a variety of music shows, interviews, and discussions on sports, entertainment, current events, and politics on which the listeners interact via social media, WhatsApp, and a landline during the show.[3]

History
GhanaTalksRadio was founded in May 2018 and is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Initially, it started as a station that curates the latest news in Ghana and around the world via its website. By the end of the year, it started playing music via an automated playlist system. In a short period, GhanaTalksRadio secured a substantial number of listeners and readers.[4]
In 2021 GhanaTalksRadio also started LIVE music shows featuring prolific music artists like DJ Charm, DJ Cobby Rich, and others. The platform also expanded its operations with anchor Sandra Asante who covers the news, entertainment, and sports titbit throughout the week.
GhanaTalksRadio has also launched a mobile application with the aim to increase its reach which is available on IOS and Android Playstore. Through this application, GhanaTalksRadio also hosts a weekly sports prediction game where visitors are rewarded with a cash prize for predicting football scores. This is one of the most popular events organized on the platform.
The shows hosted by GhanaTalksRadio are also available on other major apps like Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, and Amazon Podcast. Since its inception, GhanaTalksRadio has acquired a massive fan following of over a thousand listeners and visitors per week.
