Dean Harvey Hicks

'Dean Harvey Hicks is an American citizen who received a 20 year sentence after being convicted for a series of bombings of Internal Revenue Service offices.[1][2] Hicks bombed multiple IRS offices, over three years. His bombs became more sophisticated. Hicks is said to have been the first bomb-maker to built his bombs' timers around Casio F91 digital watches.
Hicks confessed to the bombings on August 15, 1991.[1] He received a twenty year sentence on January 31, 1992, and was ordered to pay a total in $380,000 in fines and restitution.[3]
