Much of the plot of Robots in Disguise takes place in or around Crown City, as it is in this area that the prison ship Alchemor crashed and the Autobots who came to Earth in search of its former Decepticon prisoners arrived. In the vicinity of Crown City is Denny Clay's scrapyard, which serves as the base for Bumblebee's Autobot team, and a steel mill that temporarily serves as the headquarters of the Decepticon Steeljaw and his pack of escaped Decepticons. The most prominent landmark in the area is the Crown City Colossus, a massive statue where the Autobots confronted Filch and later Megatronus.
