Calavius is a fictional character in Mythic Legions series. He is a human Valkyrie member of the House of the Nobel Bear, a ragtag assembly of powerful defenders from the outskirts and wastelands of Mythoss.
Development
The Calavius toy was funded by the second Mythic Legions Action Figures Kickstarter campaign in 2017. He was available for $45 to US backers or as an add-on for $33. When the campaign reached the $600,000 stretch goal it unlocked his trident and when it reached $735,000 it unlocked his alternate head and bull horns.[1]
Calavius and other Mythic Legions figures were displayed at Toy Fair in February 2017.[2]
The Advent of Decay test shots were sold online and shipped in August 2018.

Reception
Fictional biography
Once the most decorated Mercurian gladiator in history, Calavius was promised his freedom from competition after his one hundredth straight victory. That victory came and went, but the promise was not honored. With hope lost, a fury was born in Calavius that led him to revolt. The revolt dawned, as fate would have it, when Calavius met Attlus, a recently captured gladiator. Together they led the rebellion that destroyed Mercurios’ gladiatorial games and the ancient colosseum that housed them. When the allies met again years later, it was no surprise that Calavius quickly joined his old friend Attlus the Conqueror in a fight with greater stakes than either of them could have imagined.

- Four Horsemen Studios Mythic Legions Calavius (2018)
- A 1:12 scale figure by Four Horsemen. This figure has a new head uses many parts first used on other figures in the line including the torso first used on Attlus the Conqueror. Comes with staff, shield, trident and sword. Has an alternate head recolored from Gorgo Aetherblade.
- Four Horsemen Studios Mythic Legions Calavius Test Shot (2018)
- An unpainted version of the figure in grey plastic limited to 10 pieces.[3]
