Bee 02 is a third-party Transformers homage to the Generation 1 red Bumblebee toy created by iGear.
Other third-party Transformer homages to Bumblebee include Art Feather Bumblebee and Kazi's Bumblebee King.
Development
iGear posted images of Bee 01 and Bee 02 on their Facebook page in January 2011[1]
Bee 02 was released in May 2011.
Bee 01, Bee 02 and Bee 03 were featured at the TFcon 2011 third-party panel.[2]
Reception
Bee 02 was featured in the 2013 toy reference book Transforming Collections by Philip Reed.[3]

- iGear Bee 02 (2011)
- A design by iGear based on the Universe Legends Bumblebee toy, but remolded to look more like a Volkswagen Beetle. Turns from robot to car. Shares a mold with Bee 01 and Bee 03.
- This toy was recolored into Golden Bee.
