Early Life

At the age of 14 (in 1999) his uncle gave him a computer which he used to listen to music, being a somewhat old computer it did not have much space so he decided to delete folders that he did not use to store more music. The problem was that he deleted a system folder which made his computer not work anymore. At that time, Adan dedicated himself to knowing how to make his computer work again and when he repaired his computer, his love for technology was born.

At the age of 16, he had his first job at Sony, which was as a production operator, but being an exemplary employee, his professional growth was very fast. As he was already a lover of technology, he looked for a way to belong to the IT department and he succeeded within 6 months thus being the youngest in the IT department of Sony, Tijuana.

Career

In 2003 Adan was studying at the university and a friend recommended him to apply for Dell Technologies so he sent his application and they accepted it, then they asked him to move to Panama to Dell's headquarters to start his training, with them he learned that support and attentiveness are the prerequisites for good communication.

In 2012 he founded an information technology company and in less than 6 months he managed to position it as one of the best support and service companies in the region. This company is currently one of the best known nationwide, it has been invited to be part of large events as a success story and we are close to having a place in one of the best companies to work for in Mexico.

Adan has received dozens of awards from different companies for the perseverance and excellence of his company, both for the quality of the service as well as customer service, he has managed to scale from the bronze level to the platinum level, which he has received for five consecutive years.[2]
